SEOUL: On April 4 KST, reports from business insiders stated that Jungkook, the maknae (youngest) of BTS is currently constructing a massive luxurious home in Yongsan-gu’s affluent neighborhood of Itaewon-dong.
According to sources, Jeon Jungkook had previously purchased a detached residence in the same neighborhood for 7.6 billion KRW (~ $6 million USD) in 2020.
In July of last year, the city of Yongsan granted permission for the construction of a new home on the property, and the existing house was demolished.
The new luxury home, which is currently under construction, will boast a total floor area of 1161.04㎡, total land area of 633.05㎡, and total building area of 348.05㎡. The home will feature 2 below ground levels and 3 above ground levels and is expected to be completed by May 31, 2024.
