Momentum and Synergy Enhancement Initiative: Enhances esprit de corps among student leaders of INASIS Bank Rakyat

PULAU BANDING: The Momentum and Synergy Enhancement Initiative is a team-building programme organised by the Jawatankuasa Kepimpinan Pembangunan Siswa Residen Siswa (JKPSRS) INASIS Bank Rakyat. The team-building programme took place at the Royal Belum Reserve Forest in Perak from 4 until 6 October.

Principal of INASIS Bank Rakyat, Dr. Nor Azura A. Rahman said, the team-building programme was aimed at improving leadership skills and enhancing the motivation of team members to be productive and committed to their assigned tasks.

In addition, the programme was also aimed at cultivating important teamwork skills, including communication, problem-solving, and decision-making.

“To ensure the success of the team-building programme, a variety of activities and time slots were conducted. By doing so, the students would be able to hone their skills through the various activities and slots that were carried out,” she added.

Dr. Nor Azura also expressed her gratitude to the members of the organising committee, assistant principal and staff for their excellent cooperation in successfully implementing the activities as planned, despite the challenging conditions imposed by strict protocols.

According to Mr. Thanedhran a/l Nanthakumar, the director of the enhancement programme, the teams were formed with the intention of not only incorporating fun events and competitions but also emphasising personal development, education, and organisational change. They set out on this adventure with the goal of improving their team’s unity and productivity.

He was delighted to see that they not only accomplished their goals but also exceeded them throughout their journey. In conclusion, he expressed his appreciation for the successful completion of their team-building programme and eagerly looked forward to future accomplishments in the years to come. – Syazani Marzuki
