SINTOK: On the second day of the Higher Education Institution Games (SUKIPT), the Polytechnic Contingent emerged as the leader in the medal standings, boasting an impressive total of 13 medals.
Polytechnic holds the top spot, boasting an impressive tally of nine gold medals, four silver, and two bronze.
In a thrilling display of athletic skills, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) secured the second spot in the rankings, amassing an impressive haul of five gold medals, two silver, and seven bronze. Close behind, Universiti Pertahanan Nasional Malaysia (UPNM) claimed third place with a commendable collection of four golds, alongside three silver and bronze medals each.
Today, athletes will compete in badminton, taekwondo, volleyball, lawn bows, soccer, basketball, futsal, kayak, petanque, sepak takraw, golf, MTB cycling, aerodance, karate and 7’s rugby.
