IACE 2025 unites global scholars in the spirit of innovation and collaboration

SINTOK, 2 November 2025: In a celebration of intellect, innovation, and international camaraderie, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), through its School of Quantitative Sciences (SQS), in collaboration with the Tashkent State University of Economics (TSUE), Uzbekistan, successfully organised the 6th Innovation and Analytics Conference and Exhibition (IACE 2025) from 20 to 22 October 2025. The event once again underscored UUM’s steadfast commitment to international collaboration and academic excellence.

Conducted in a hybrid format, with physical sessions at TSUE in Uzbekistan and virtual participation coordinated by SQS at UUM, the conference provided a distinguished platform for scholars, researchers, and practitioners worldwide to exchange insights and explore innovative solutions to contemporary challenges.

Aptly themed “Leveraging Data-Driven Analytics to Craft Innovations in the Digital Era,” IACE2025 sought to invigorate global dialogue on innovation and analytics by facilitating the sharing of ideas, discoveries, and best practices that inspire transformative impact across disciplines and borders.

The conference was chaired by Professor Dr. Haslinda Ibrahim of SQS and graced by three distinguished speakers, namely Professor Dr. Ravshan Ashurov from the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan, Professor Dr. Zaxriddin Muminov from TSUE, Uzbekistan, and Professor Dr. Haslinda Ibrahim, representing both KIMEP University, Kazakhstan, and UUM, Malaysia.

Their presentations inspired participants and enriched discussions with global perspectives from academia and research.

During the opening ceremony, Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation, Professor Dr. Gulnora Abdurakhmanova, underscored the importance of international academic platforms such as IACE in strengthening Uzbekistan’s higher education ecosystem and elevating its presence within the global scholarly community.

This year’s conference gathered 52 delegates and speakers from nine countries, including Bangladesh, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Libya, the Philippines, Thailand, the United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, and Malaysia – reflecting a shared spirit of learning and cooperation that transcends geographical boundaries.

IACE 2025 exemplified the shared commitment of UUM and TSUE in advancing innovation, analytics, and global academic partnership. The conference reaffirmed a legacy of collaboration that transcends geographical boundaries and propels collective progress in the digital age.
