Innovation Without Borders: IACE 2025 Unites Nations in the Digital Era

Sintok, 20-22 oktober 2025: Innovation took centre stage as Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), through the School of Quantitative Sciences (SQS), in collaboration with the Tashkent State University of Economics (TSUE), Uzbekistan, successfully organised the 6th Innovation and Analytics Conference and Exhibition (IACE 2025) from 20 to 22 October 2025. The conference was conducted in a hybrid mode, with physical sessions hosted at TSUE in Uzbekistan and virtual participation coordinated by SQS at UUM.
With the theme “Leveraging Data-Driven Analytics to Craft Innovations in the Digital Era,” the conference served as a dynamic platform for scholars and researchers to exchange ideas and share the latest advancements in innovation and analytics.
Chaired by Professor Dr. Haslinda Ibrahim from SQS, the event featured insightful keynote sessions by three distinguished speakers, namely Professor Dr. Ravshan Ashurov from the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan, Professor Dr. Zaxriddin Muminov from TSUE, Uzbekistan, and Professor Dr. Haslinda Ibrahim, representing both KIMEP University, Kazakhstan, and UUM, Malaysia. Their presentations inspired participants and enriched discussions with global perspectives from academia and research.
During the opening ceremony, Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation Professor, Dr. Gulnora Abdurakhmanova emphasized that this international academic forum plays a vital role in strengthening the position of Uzbekistan’s higher education system and its scientific community within the global academic space.
This year’s conference welcomed 52 delegates and speakers from nine countries, including Bangladesh, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Libya, the Philippines, Thailand, the United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, and Malaysia. The event encouraged vibrant knowledge exchange and strengthened international collaboration among all participants.
IACE 2025 highlighted the shared commitment of UUM and TSUE to advancing innovation, analytics, and global academic partnership, continuing a legacy of collaboration that transcends borders and drives progress in the digital era. – Dr. Ros Idayuwati Alaudin
